Very thorough communication, with quick responses and flexibility to meet me where I was at. She had some wonderful tips for cleaning and her team was wonderful and friendly. Very thorough job moving everything to clean behind items, above countertops and getting baseboards and crevices. Can't wait to have her team back to tackle all the rooms.

I definitely recommend TidyMaid's services! Emilia arrived on-time and was very friendly and took on the task of deep cleaning my basement bathroom. She did a thorough clean of all the elements, including the shower, toilet, sink, cupboards, walls and window. She was able to clean into all the nooks and crannies where the biggest build-up was and I was not able to reach myself. She even went above-and-beyond to remove some old curtains from the window which I had been avoiding doing myself. She used a lemongrass aromatherapy scent which I liked and the bathroom was in great condition when she left. Overall a great experience!

Billing was automatic and I didn't have to do or worry about anything. I loved her branding and how she cleans everything and is very thorough. I loved the choice of aromatherapy, and that she used all natural products and left my home sparkling. She even did all 8 loads of my laundry washed dried and folded it for no extra charge. She is a wonderful human who really cares about others and I am very thankful for her help!
